This is a high flow, multi purpose, versatile pump. The Versiflow line of pumps from Matala are excellent for Heavy and continuous flow duty. This pump can be installed Vertically or Horizontally, is fully submersible and handles solids like a champ. This pump can be used in most garden ponds, fountains or waterfalls, to sprinkle or discharge rain water from farmland, for use at relay pump stations or manholes to relay raw water, for sump pits and/or wastewater. Because this is a 5600 gph pump, it should be connected to a minimum pipe size of 2".
